Church News and Events

Welcome and thank you for joining us today! “This is the day the Lord has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it.” – Psalm 118:24 NKJV

Today’s special VBS Sabbath is a journey with Joseph from prison to palace, where we experience the heartbreaking trials, joyous victories, and tear-filled celebrations of this unique Bible hero. We are very thankful for the time, energy, and heart the leaders and staff have poured into this year’s VBS program and for their dedication to our kids. All have been truly blessed!

Door-to-Door Evangelism: Our literature distribution walks GP neighborhoods every Sabbath afternoon. Meet here at the church at 2 p.m. All are welcome!

VBS Clean-Up: The adventure is over, and the desert sand must be swept! Your help will be appreciated as we take down Egypt and clean up the “throne room” tomorrow, 10 a.m.2 p.m. If we “borrowed” items from you, please come by the church and pick them up during this time.

Health Emphasis Sabbath – Aug. 9: Our Health & Temperence ministry invites you to worship, learn, and grow in body, mind, and spirit. Our special guest speaker, Dr. Throy Campbell, will share the Word for the divine hour at 11 a.m. and lead a workshop at 2 p.m. Enjoy uplifting worship, health talks, wellness tips, healing prayers, and fellowship. Invite a friend and join us Sabbath – August 9.

Prayer Meeting: Series on Christ Object Lessons - Join us Wednesdays at 7 p.m.

Vespers/Gym Night: Join us next Sabbath at 7:30 p.m. for a night of praise, worship, and fellowship as we close the Sabbath together, side-by-side.

Communion Sabbath: Join us for Communion on Aug. 23. Pastor Peter Weber will preside. It’s a chance to reflect, renew, and gather in faith.

Community Services: Thank you to everyone who generously contributed to this year’s school supply drive. Your support has made a meaningful difference in the lives of our students and helped ensure they have the tools they need for a successful school year. We deeply appreciate your kindness and commitment to the families in our community.
